Recruitment is all about hitting the entire target marks and improving the quality of hire. If you want to do those things, you need to eliminate the delays and errors that often happen in the hiring process. Sometimes one or more candidate might stay in longer than needed and there is no definitive processing time, and this led to increased vacancy days and bad process compliance.

One proven solution is to adopt a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the hiring process. SLA is basically an agreed timeline, deliverables, and success measures in advance between the hiring managers and the companies to ensure no blame game and improve the hiring result.

Today, we’re excited to announce that we can help you incorporate SLA into your hiring process through our platform. This update is in sync with last week’s update about multiple hiring stages for each job posting.

When you create and set the recruitment stages in each of your job posting, you can include the days you want the candidates to be in each stage according to the SLA.

You can also assign one or more person-in-charge (PIC) for each stage.

These PICs will get a notification email if any candidate is about to breach the SLA by staying too long in that stage.

Now, you can speed up the recruiting process, reduce hiring costs, and improve quality of new hire by creating a deadline for the recruiters and hiring managers. SLA can dramatically improve the understanding of recruiting and reduce the conflicts, while aligning better budget with the agreed SLA.
